Terms Of Service

Welcome, and thank you for choosing JPS Consulting . These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which I provide digital marketing consulting and interim marketing leadership services. By engaging my services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
I provide strategic digital marketing consulting, execution support, and interim marketing director services. Engagements may be structured as:
- Fixed-scope projects
- Monthly retainers
- Interim/fractional leadership agreements
Service scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement prior to starting work.
2. Client Commitments
To ensure the success of our engagement, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to relevant team members, platforms, and data
- Communicate feedback promptly
- Make decisions that keep the project moving forward
Delays caused by a lack of communication or resources may impact timelines and results.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees are outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms are typically:
- Retainers: 10% reservation fee, invoiced monthly
- Projects: 10% reservation fee, 10% monthly, the rest x % upon completion
- Interim Roles: 1000€ reservation fee, Invoiced monthly, based on agreed hours or scope
Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a service pause or late fees.
4. Cancellations & Termination
- Retainer or interim agreements require 30 days’ notice to cancel unless otherwise stated.
- Fixed-scope projects may be terminated early by mutual agreement, with pro-rata billing for work completed.
No refunds are issued for services rendered. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
5. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, strategies, and materials provided are the intellectual property of [Your Name/Company], unless otherwise agreed. You are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables within your business. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during our work together is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent. Likewise, any proprietary processes or materials provided are confidential and intended solely for your internal use.
7. Results & Liability
While I aim to drive measurable marketing results, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to variables outside my control (e.g., market conditions, internal execution). You agree that I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
